UUED02 encodes and decodes files for 
transfers using 7-bit ASCII protocols 
such as in E-mail.
UUE encodes and UUD translates back to 
the original.

UUD and UUE are FREE SOFTWARE as defined 
in the GNU General Public License. Both
come with full sourcecode in A86 format.

This is version 0.2 and uses its own,
proprietary format. Future versions will
support UUEncoded and BASE64 encoding
protocols as well.
