Enhanced Timebank script for Concord BBS This script hopefully cures the problems in the original script that was released in the Gamma5 version of Concord. It has a prettier menu, and should not allow negative values to creep in (unlike the original script) or allow users to bank time that they do not have. Modified by Eddy Matthews 2:256/651
