I decided to try looking at a BBS again (as one does) and being the beginner I still am, I discovered a problem: whenever I start a download over ZMODEM, Konsole picks up, says lrzsz-rz is listening, asks me for adirectory to save into and then proceeds to receive timeouts only.
The telnet window meanwhile contains only the B000(...) code. Im a beginner so I dont exactly know how to fixthis, but if anyone has an idea where could the problem be Id be glad.
Right, I forgot to mention, if I select XMODEM or YMODEM, nothing appears (not even the B000(...) line).
I use: Konsole terminal emulator, telnet for connection and have lrzsz installed.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions,

I suggest you use a terminal program designed for BBS use and integrated X/Y/ZMODEM support, like SyncTERM.
