Port of the Original HURRTRAK.BAS published in July 1981 BYTE by John
E. Bailey, PC Mods by Marty Smith, then further enhanced by me, for
specific locations ONLY! Defaults to warnings for Lafayette LA (Visual
and Audible), with History from 1944 (over 500 Storms), Statistical
Analysis, Forecasting, Multiple Plots and a NHC/NOAA Interface to
import future Track History. Custom versions for other locales by
