PROCEDURE Play_FLI(Count,Dly : WORD ; Fli : STRING);
{^ This procedure is actually only a novelty item from MAX Graphics which is }
{  used simply to play an AutoDesk Animator FLI/FLC animation file. The Count}
{  parameter determines how many times to play the frames of the animation,  }
{  Dly is the number of milliseconds to delay between frames, and Fli is the }
{  file name of the animation to play. Keep in mind that the GUI will come to}
{  a halt and revert back to mode 19 to play these animations and will return}
{  to mode 25 with the palette reset automatically.                          }
PROCEDURE PcxSize(VAR X,Y : WORD ; FName : STRING);
{^ This procedure is used to return pixel width and height of a 256 color    }
{  PCX image file.                                                           }
PROCEDURE BmpSize(VAR X,Y : WORD ; FName : STRING);
{^ This procedure is used to return pixel width and height of a 256 color    }
{  BMP image file.                                                           }
PROCEDURE MifSize(VAR X,Y : WORD ; FName : STRING);
{^ This procedure is used to return pixel width and height of a 256 color    }
{  MIF image file (Requires MIF.EXE).                                        }
PROCEDURE Put_Image(X1,Y1 : WORD ; ImageFile : STRING);
{^ This procedure displays a PCX, BMP, or MIF image file on the screen with  }
{  X1/Y1 being the coordinates for the upper left corner. This procedure uses}
{  a special routine to average the palette settings of the image file so it }
{  closely matches the palette settings used by the GUI. This prevents screen}
{  elements from changing colors which is what would happen when using normal}
{  image file display routines in FastGraph. All images must be a 256 color  }
{  file or an error will be returned. MIF images require the use of MIF.EXE  }
{  to decompress the image. MIF images are a native MAX Graphics image format}
{  and are only created with the MAXpaint program by BBS Utiliteez Software. }
